At first I was hesitant because of the reviews, BUT it turned out to be a really good purchase for me. The drawers have a lot of space for a lot of tea bags, and there’s even bigger drawers at the bottom to store small sugar packets & creamers or whatever I want. I was really impressed by the quality of this box, it has a lot of weight & sturdiness to it. Also, it looks very nice as a decor piece as well (I get 2 birds with 1 stone! Lol) highly recommend for any tea lovers!! I saw other reviews about these stickers on the drawers being “permanent” I guess this person didn’t take the time to find the small green tool taped to the box that is used to take off these stickers. It did take a few minutes for me to set everything up, but overall it was well worth it and the drawers came out scratch free & almost looked like glass once I was able to remove these stickers - BEAUTIFUL - I love my new box :)I like having all my tea available at a glance without shuffling through cabinets. Also, this was packaged so that I think it could have fallen of the truck several times without damage...very securely packed.While I'm excited about the storage capabilities of this product, it took me almost an hour to remove the tape and protective film around each of the storage bins. I appreciate the attempt to make sure this item arrived to me without deflect, the wrapping was excessive and the time involved annoying.So nice to have something that stands up vs lays down. Holds so much tea. Very stable. Comes with screws if you want to mount itHolds quite a bit, seems sturdy. It arrived with the drawers in backwards and caused a small amount of confusion. My biggest complaint was the amount of tape everywhere on the item.I really thought this would provide assistance with organizing all of my tea bags. Now I'm not so sure. There are several "drawers," which is what I loved about it, and they all have a non-removable sticker stating there is a plastic film to be removed before use. It is also apparent there is something, as the plastic drawers are a bit 'foggy.' On some of the drawers, I was able to remove part of the film, but I cannot remove this plastic film from the front of the drawers - on any of them! So I have all these little drawers, that are not clear plastic, with these non-removable stickers. UGH! Also, when attempting to try to find the edge of the plastic film on one drawer (I was unsuccessful), the side of the drawer broke. I can probably try to find a way to glue it back in place...but why bother??This item is completely useless. I would now have to glue the one drawer together, and get something - Goo Gone, maybe?? - to attempt to remove the film and stickers. I really don't have the time or energy to attempt to make this work. I cannot recommend this.Worth the price. I love it's simplicity. I got the white. Sits neatly on the counter back against the wall. Looks good. Drawers are easily accessed. Drawers at bottom for sugar, etc. are a great touch. The plastic covering the plexiglass does take time to get off, but you only do it once, so why complain? It would be great to have those springs that push the product forward in the tray when the quantity gets low so the packets always stand up, but it's not a commercial product, and the addition of those would make it even more expensive.I like a variety of teas. Unfortunately I also live in an apartment with a teeny tiny kitchen. This really frees up some space. The price of this was honestly almost enough to put me off buying it, but when it arrived it was so solid and easy to use that I realize how worth the price it was. The plastic film on the little drawers was a pain, but there is a tool to take it off included. I just didn't find mine until I had already clawed it off like a wild animal. ?The edges are all dented. Peeling paint and chipped. Though I like the dimension so much as they are of the size of the Taylors teabags, but the poor workmanship is totally not worth the price !
